We understand that weddings can experience delays. We'll do our best to accommodate changes where possible within your booked package. Additional hours may be charged if extra time is required, which can be deducted from the security deposit.

To allow enough time for construction and fitting, your hair must be received or made on your head by us at least 3 weeks before your wedding date.

Yes, we accept pre-made wigs subject to approval. Before your booking, we'll assess the wig to ensure it's suitable for your desired bridal hairstyle and meets our quality standards.

If your wig isn't suitable, we'll recommend the best alternative. For the best fit and finish, we recommend one of our custom-made bridal wigs.

Yes. We travel internationally for bridal bookings, subject to availability.
